The President of the Workers Union has said that there are many residents who would be more than happy to become croupiers because it is a job that doesn’t require a high level of education.

The croupiers also have many benefits; therefore the job becomes even more attractive. At the time, there are 20,000 croupiers working, which is 7 per cent of the working force in Macao. The region is the only place in China where gambling is legal, and it has 25 casinos.
